Bonny Doon has been trailblazing in the California wine game since the eighties. On Wednesday, June 19th, you can see why they’re still making the rules instead of playing by them with winemaker Randall Grahm at Meritage at the Boston Harbor Hotel. He’s teaming up with chef Daniel Bruce to bring you a four-course meal designed around Grahm’s Rhône-style reds and whites (and pinks!) grown along the central coast of Cali. From flash-fried soft-shell crab with Cigare Volant Blanc to vanilla poached pineapple with Viognier Ice Wine, your full flavor experience will be accompanied by the vineyard’s history and an opportunity to get inside the mind of the maker.
