Chef Felino Samson tries to entice the warm weather our way by welcoming the Chimney Rock Winery all the way from Napa Valley, California. On Monday, April 7th Samson will prepare a four-course menu pairing the eclectic, Latin-influenced food that’s made Bomboa famous, with a number of Chimney Rock’s most food-friendly wines including their fume blanc and cabernet sauvignon “Stag’s Leap District”.
