Let award-winning pitmaster and chef Andy Husbands help you unlock the true potential of your Big Green Egg at The Smoke Shop in Assembly Row on Saturday, November 11th. Whether you own an Egg, or you’re in the market, this class will walk you through all the techniques to master high-temp grilling, low & slow smoking, roasting and baking in the kamado-style ceramic charcoal barbecue cookers, plus you’ll get to dig into all the smokey goodness of New Style Buffalo Wings, Spatchcock Chicken, Competition Ribs 3-2-1 St. Louis Ribs, Brisket Fried Rice and more (check out the menu below). You won’t go away thirsty, either, because there’ll be a Maker’s Mark cocktail demonstration and tasting (including the Smoke Shop BBQ’s Private Barrel selection), plus you will get a comprehensive recipe packet covering all the class recipes, including cocktails, to take home.
