If you gravitate toward Italian and French when it comes to wine – take a little detour and explore some Spanish wines at Estragon’s Off the Beaten Path tasting on Monday, December 1st. From 4:00-6:00pm, sommelier Thomas Tietjen will be pouring an array of little known but fantastic Spanish wines. Chef Alex Castagneto’s menu is full of tapas plates that will pair beautifully with Tietjen’s highlighted wines, so once you’ve found a wine you’d like to get to know better, grab a table and order away.
