Get prepped for holiday entertaining with a pastry class at Bar Boulud. On Sunday, December 6th and Saturday, December 12th, pastry chef Robert Differ will be offering instruction in the art of the iconic French bûche de Noël. Differ will demo the preparation of the dish while you enjoy a complimentary glass of Prosecco or hot cocoa, then you’ll get the chance to play pastry apprentice, decorating your own dessert. The class runs from 11:00am-12:30pm and tickets are available online here for $85 each. You’ll leave with a freshly baked bûche de Noël and the recipe for recreating the classic Christmas cake at home.
