Avila’s Chef to Watch Dinner

Can’t decide where to go for dinner – experience the cuisine of five of the city’s finest chefs in one fantastic meal at Avila‘s Chefs to Watch Dinner. On Tuesday, February 24th, host chef Rodney Murillo welcomes colleagues Marc Orfaly of Pigalle and Marco, Tony Susi of Sage, Dante de Magistris of dante to collaborate on a five-course menu. Each chef takes a course from hors d’oeuvres to dessert (which will be taken care of by Davio’s and Avila’s pastry expert Tom Ponticelli) and each course will be paired with a wine plucked from Avila’s impressive stores.
