Anthony Susi at BLS

Chef Anthony Susi of the North End’s Sage heads out to Needham on Tuesday, March 25th for a class designed to demonstrate his delicate balance of Italian and American cuisine. Spring may officially be upon us but the menu for the evening – braised lamb shank with roasted onion risotto, followed by a prune and Armangnac custard tart – will warm up the still wintry evening.
