Let chef-owner Will Gilson and chef Alexis Babineau take you on a tasting tour of some of their favorite American whiskies at The Lexington on Thursday, October 19th. The exclusive dinner (there are only twenty spots available) will feature four glorious courses thoughtfully paired with best-in-class spirits including Old Rip Van Winkle 10yr (a big, bold, well-balanced bourbon with notes of dried fruit and toasted nuts) and Elijah Craig 18 Single Barrel (robust and complex with hints of creme brûlée and stone fruit). Reserve your seat online here through Open Table for $165 per person and plan on getting to Cambridge Crossing by 6:30pm so you don’t miss a sip (or a bite). 

First Course:
Duck fat sunchokes, chocolate molé, tostada crumb, cotija
Henry McKenna 10yr Bottled in Bond

Second Course:
Pastrami spiced lamb, brown bread, cherry miso hummus
Old Rip Van Winkle 10yr (2021 bottling)

Third Course:
Grilled sirloin, molasses braised radicchio, potato purée
Elijah Craig 18 – Single Barrel (2022 bottling)

Dessert:
Chai banana bread pudding, Taza, malt custard, whiskey caramel, candied walnuts
