American Lamb & Wine Dinner at Woods Hill Pier 4

Lamb lovers and fans of farm-to-table dining, don’t miss your chance to enjoy a unique culinary experience with the team at Woods Hill Pier 4 and their friends from California’s Grgich Hills Estate. The stylish harborside restaurant invites you to join them on Monday, March 18th for a multi-course, American lamb-focused menu paired with wines from the Napa Valley winery.

Grab your tickets and plan to be in the waterfront dining room by 6:30pm to start the evening with hors d’oeuvres like Pancetta Wrapped Dates and Crispy Lamb Ribs before sitting down to dishes like Chilled Local Lobster with hay-smoked spring dug parsnips and a salad of wild baby arugula, and Slow Cooked & Grilled Lamb Shoulder with pommes Anna and grilled gem lettuces.

In addition to all the food and drink, the evening will also include the chance to chat with chef Charlie Foster and sommelier Sally Camm as well as Grgich Hills’ sheep grazer, Robert Irwin, who’ll be on hand to share stories and chat about the symbiotic relationship between raising lamb and growing grapes.
