A Night in Umbria in the South End

Make a beeline for The Butcher Shop on Wednesday, August 16th for a night of delightful Umbrian wines selected by Jace and Kaden Chaffee, the founders of specialty wine importers Vine Farmer. The Butcher Shop team has planned out a four-course tasting menu with plates like Fennel and Citrus Salad, and Bone-In Pork Chop with Fava Bean and Fig Ratatouille, which will showcase the hand-selected bottles from the wine region of Italy that borders on Tuscany just above Rome. The Chaffees will be on hand to discuss each pour and talk more about their philosophy of selecting meaningful wines to import that instill the importance of protecting the land.
