Met Back Bay’s Christmas event is one for the books—the storybooks, that is. The Dartmouth Street spot invites kids (and those young at heart) to warm up with hot cocoa and special holiday treats on Sunday, December 20th. The kitchen will be churning out cinnamon and sugar bisnuts—that’s a cross between a biscuit and a donut—with caramel dipping sauce. Victorian carolers will provide ambience and tunes from the classic holiday songbooks. Santa Claus will stop in, of course, for photo opps and a fireside reading of ‘Twas the Night Before Christmas. The fun lasts from 3:00-5:00pm (with Santa’s reading at 4:30pm) and reservations can be made by calling 617.267.0451.
