Anti-Restaurant Week Menu from Chef Will Gilson

Not a huge fan of Restaurant Week? Neither is Will Gilson, which is why he’s once again offering an Anti Restaurant Week menu at Garden at the Cellar. There are no prix fixe lunches or dinners but there are nightly specials and an assortment of dishes priced at $10 each. The offerings are a little different every night (and not available on Thursday, March 10th when they’re hosting a Sierra Nevada Beer Dinner) but some dishes that recently graced the menu include red velvet fried chicken, grilled pork sausage with lentils and red curry peel and eat shrimp.
