Holiday Cooking Classes at blu

Chef Tom Fosnot and his team at blu at the Sports Club LA welcome guests for two seasonal and holiday-inspired classes during the month of December. On Saturday, December 2nd, hone your bartending skills with a tutorial on Holiday Spirits & Mixin’ Martinis. Guests will learn the secrets behind the festive holiday beverages like eggnog martinis, traditional glug and a “poinsettia” while nibbling on flavored popcorn and chocolate-dipped pretzels. On Sunday, December 9th, pastry chef Lynn Moulton hosts Chocolate Heaven, a hands-on chocolate truffle making and a dark chocolate tasting. Guests (who’ll leave with their own little box of chocolates) will sip cocoa and munch on house-made cookies while Moulton shares some of her hard-earned kitchen secrets.
