Dan Bazzinotti, the sous chef manning the stoves at Bergamot, will be teaching some lucky students at CCAE’s Tuesday Test Kitchen Series on Tuesday, February 3rd. The class will be a hands-on lesson on how Bazzinotti crafts some of his beloved dishes and students will even get a preview of what will be on the menu at BISq, opening soon in Inman Square. The course takes place at the Cambridge Center of Adult Education from 11:00am-12:30pm, meaning students can use their newfound skills for dinner that night.
