Sunday Luau in Davis

On Sunday, September 22nd, chef Derek Clough invites diners to join him for a New England-inspired Luau Brunch at Foundry on Elm. Be at the Davis Square restaurant by noon, decked out in your Hawaiian shirts and grass skirts, to get your share of a whole Berkshire Black pig with traditional luau-y accompaniments. Beverage Director Manny Gonzales and his team have a few a la carte cocktail specials planned and they’ve mapped out a whole playlist to set the mood – expect to hear some Dick Dale and Don Ho.
