An Edible Ode to Julia Child

If her celebrated cooking show (and subsequent cookbook), Baking with Julia, is any indication, Julia Child loved a good dessert. In celebration of her 100th birthday, Finale in Harvard Square will add a special dessert to their menu just for this Grand Dame of cooking. Chef Nicole Coady’s soufflé au chocolat, with glacee a l’orange, and cherry anglaise will be available on both Wednesday August 15th and Thursday the 16th for $11.99 per person.
