Each glorious course will be accompanied by six pairings including Duca di Salaparuta’s flagship label, Duca Enrico, and an exclusive selection of traditional Marsala (a fortified wine made in Sicily) from Cantine Florio. Fill up on the authentic and comforting Italian fare while winemaker Roberto Magnisi takes you on a journey through the island’s rich culture and history. As the Winery Director at Cantine Florio, one of the oldest Marsala wineries in Sicily, Magnisi has an unparalleled depth of knowledge.
