Chef Mark Sapienza wraps up the Langham Hotel’s Fall Cooking Class Series this week with an All About Apps class on Wednesday, November 2nd. From 5:30 to 7:30pm students will explore the world of appetizers, canapés and hors d’oeuvres with the talented culinary staff at Julien. Afterwards they’ll get to enjoy the fruits of their labor paired with wines. Participants will also receive commemorative aprons, recipe cards and certificates of completion.
