Our Fathers, the newest concept from the Franklin Group (the folks behind the Franklin Café, Citizen and Tasty Burger), is now open in Allston. Helmed by a team of fresh-faced up-and-comers including Chef de Cuisine Jameson Poll, Bar Director Kayla Quigley and General Manager Andrew Znidarsic, Our Fathers boasts two distinct dining experiences under one roof – a restaurant/bar and a deli. The restaurant side is all about expanding the perception of modern Jewish cooking–and gin. The menu of globally-inspired small plates, shareable dishes and deli favorites, is complemented gin-focused bar program with G&T tastings, lots of martinis and a 30-gin-drink-deep cocktail list. Over at the deli, an open-all-day, neighborhood go-to kind of spot, they’ll have all the classics available for dining in and for taking out. The deli opens at 7:00am on weekdays and 9:00am on weekends, while the restaurant and bar opens for dinner nightly at 5:00pm.
