Lamb chops, lamb terrine, lamb tajine—it’s everything lamb when chef Carl Dooley pops up at Moona. The Table at Season to Taste chef (and Top Chef alum) will join Moona’s chef Mark McMann at the Inman Square restaurant for a collaborative four-course dinner on Wednesday, April 5th. Lamb is the star of the evening (local North Star Farms lamb, to be exact) in Eastern Mediterranean-style dishes like lamb trifecta tajine with chickpeas and raisins. Seatings for the prix fixe are available at 6:00 and 8:30pm for $55 per person (or $110 per person with paired wines.) Reserve a space online here.
