Award-winning chef Tracy Chang knows that it’s more fun to break bread and sip cocktails on Lunar New Year than it is to stand in front of a hot stove, so she’s got a whole slew of take-out specials at PAGU to make your celebration easy and delicious. Celebrate the Year of the Dragon in style with a crispy Whole Pekin duck from Jurgielewicz farm in Pennsylvania, and pile up the sides of sticky rice with Taiwanese sausage, homemade egg rolls with tamari maple ginger glaze, and Taiwanese oxtail brisket soup with udon noodles. You can order an entire inclusive feast for 4 to 8 people for $299.00 (check out the Lunar New Year package menu below), or browse through their a la carte offerings to pick and choose the perfect party spread for your friends and family.

TAIWANESE BEEF NOODLE SOUP
2 quarts oxtail brisket soup, Taiwanese style
4 packs udon noodles

CHILLED CUCUMBER WOODEAR SALAD WITH GOJI BERRIES
1 quart salad (cucumbers, peeled and halved, woodear, goji berries)
½ pint sesame sauce (rice vinegar, sesame, organic cane sugar)
