You can get a little more P.&Co in your life now that chef Will Gilson and the crew are serving brunch every weekend in Inman Square. Each Sunday from 10:30am to 2:00pm you can treat yo’ self to some delicious, locally-sourced brunch bites like shrimp and grits with succotash, buttered leeks, lobster sauce; smoked salmon and potato waffles with avocado, sour cream, dill; and brown butter pancakes with Maine blueberries, lemon ricotta, salted honey butter. Pastry chef Brian Mercury will also be serving up some pastry treats from Cafe Beatrice. Grab a reservation here for two, or corral a brunch posse and commandeer the private dining room, plus there’s plenty of space for walk-ins if you happen to be in the 1166 Cambridge Street vicinity.
