Blue Dragon Launches Restaurant Workers Relief Program

Blue Dragon Instagram

Ming Tsai is turning Blue Dragon into a relief center for restaurant workers who have been laid off or have had their hours reduced dramatically. Starting Monday March 30th, in partnership with Maker’s Mark and the Lee Initiative, Tsai and his team will be opening their doors from 3:00-5:00pm providing packed meals for industry workers in need to pick up and take home. Dinners will be available on a first-come, first-served basis (limit one per person, unless there’s an emergency situation). Just bring a valid driver’s license or state ID and a recent paycheck stub. They’ll be offering this service seven days a week until they’re no longer able to – make sure that that’s not for a while by contributing online here. See the Blue Dragon Insta to read more of Tsai’s thoughts on the subject (but make a donation here first). They’ve also created an Amazon Wish List for donated goods so they can help with more than food.
