Chef Brian Paszko is ready to make an even bigger mark at Alcove, the Lovejoy Wharf restaurant from hospitality pro Tom Schlesinger-Guidelli. Paszko joined the opening team as the spot’s Executive Sous Chef back in October 2018 and was previously the opening sous chef at both MIDA and Cultivar.

“Throughout my career, I’ve consistently sought out opportunities to learn from top talent and my new role is a credit to the incredible chefs I’ve worked with along the way,” said Paszko in a press release. “I’m excited to put my knowledge to use as Chef de Cuisine at Alcove and look forward to mentoring my team as others have mentored me.”

Head to the TD Garden-adjacent space to try some of Paszko’s culinary handiwork including Alcove Pickles ($8) Sparrow Arc Farm vegetables, pickled egg; Grilled Whole or Half Chicken ($50/$27) with corn, summer squash and quinoa; and Scituate Lobster Salad ($20) served alongside baby gem lettuce, crème fraiche and brioche croutons.
