Chef Jason Santos will be giving Back Bay Harry’s a bit of an overhaul this fall. The all-American spot, known for its epic Super Fan Brunch series, will be closing come September 24th and reopening in late fall or early winter as Citrus & Salt. The new spot will take a few of its cues from sister restaurant, Buttermilk & Bourbon, but lean more toward Mexican coastal cuisine. Erica and Mike Diskin of Assembly Design will be conceptualizing and outfitting the bright-hued dining room, which will feature hand-painted flowers on the wood floor, a living wall and whimsical elements like wicker peacock chairs, string lights and hand-painted walls.
