The Blue Room Launches Cookbook Brunch

It’s no secret chefs get inspiration flipping through the pages of dog-eared cookbooks from the days of old. Chef Andrew Bonner pays tribute to some of his personal favorites at The Blue Room’s new Cookbook Brunch which starts this Sunday, April 6th. The monthly series will feature dishes plucked from the pages of classics like The Silver Spoon (April), The Doubleday Cookbook (May), The Fireside Cookbook (June), The Joy of Cooking (July) and, last but certainly not least, Mastering the Art of French Cooking (August). The specials will be available in addition to the already popular buffet brunch offerings. Book a table between 11:00am and 2:30pm to check it out for $27 per person ($13 for the 12 and under set).
