It’s been a busy year for partners (of the business variety, not the romantical kind) Alexis Gelburd Kimler and chef Matthew Gaudet. The duo opened West Bridge just over twelve months ago and it’s been going gangbusters ever since – there have been countless great reviews, dinners at the Beard House and, let’s not forget, the honor of Best New Chef from Food & Wine. They celebrate the start of their second year with some delicious new dishes and an eight-course b-day menu.
