Chef-owner Anthony Caturano highlights the freshest flavors of every month with his Seasonal Spotlight at Prezza. Throughout the year, Caturano will be featuring a favorite ingredient in a specially designed appetizer, entrée, dessert or cocktail – for September, wood grilled venison takes center stage served with creamed corn, sweet potatoes and topped with an apple cider reduction.
