Winter Wine Series at blu

Get out of the cold and get into wine at the next installment of blu‘s Saturday afternoon Winter Wine Series on Saturday, February 24th. Chef Tom Fosnot and his team explore the fun side of Spanish wines, pairing them with great food (corn and shrimp fritters; Bibb lettuce salad with Manchego; scallops with blood orange mignonette; and coriander quail) and offering up useful tips for tasting, buying and storing your favorite bottles.
