Sel de la Terre‘s long-running dinner series, Wine Wednesdays, makes for the Waterfront this spring, heading back to their original Long Wharf digs. Throughout May and June, Erik Johnson will continue plating and pairing seasonal food and wines for a four-course tasting menu of French-inspired fare. The prix fixe, and the aforementioned accompanying wines, costs $44 per person and is served (at 7:00pm) at large communal tables to encourage convivial conversation.
