Mario Batali’s Boston team is doing a little regional reconnaissance at their next wine dinner. On Tuesday, April 11th chef Mario LaPosta and his crew at Babbo are hosting a dinner exploring the food and drink of Rome from its famous street foods (think: porchetta with wild rapini and chili) to its iconic pastas (like pasta aglio e olio with spring verdure).
