Virtual Beer Dinner with Brato Kitchen

Brato Facebook

Brighton’s Brato Brewhouse & Kitchen is teaming up with the American Lamb Board for a meaty, socially-distant beer dinner this Friday, May 29th. Get your orders in for the menu-designed-for-two and you’ll get five courses of deliciousness (complete with instructions for reheating and putting the finishing touches on each plate) as well as your choice of two growlers to enjoy with your meal. Chef Jonathan Gilman will be hosting an interactive chat on Zoom starting at 7:00pm to walk you through his dishes and why they work so well with the curated selection of suds.

Tickets are available online for $70 (remember, that feeds two people) through the Brato Kitchen website and a portion of the proceeds will be used to donate meals to healthcare professionals at St. Elizabeth’s in Brighton. Just click through to place your pre-order for a Friday afternoon pick-up (be sure to choose Friday, May 29th) and they’ll have everything ready for you to grab and take home in time to tune in. Consult their FB page for additional info or to send them any Qs.
