If you’ve been looking for the perfect omakase experience, look no further than Ken Oringer‘s award winning Uni in the Back Bay. Starting Thursday, February 15th, head sushi chef, Tsuyoshi “Take” Takeish, will be hosting Take-Kase Omakase, a unique, tradition-rich Edomae-style omakase tasting. Inspired by Takeish’s travels in Japan, the menu focuses on super fresh, hyper-seasonal ingredients. It’ll be available every Thursday at the four-seat sushi counter at either of two seatings (6:00 or 8:15pm) for $225 per person with optional sake pairings from Certified Sake Professional Akira Sherman for $75. Make sure book your reservations in advance (for up to four people) and if you have any questions give the restaurant a call at 617.536.7200.
