On Thursday, August 25th, chefs James Hackney and Nathan Rich are teaming up in the Twenty Eight Atlantic kitchen for a collaborative Cape dinner. Rich will represent Vermont’s Twin Farms at the Wequassett Resort, and the two five-star hotel chefs will present a seasonally minded five-course dinner of New England flavor. Wine big-wig Joe Wagner will be on-hand to pair the luxurious tasting menu with equally decadent wines.
