Trimbach Wine Dinner

Bar Boulud

Maison Trimbach has been producing wine in the Alsace region of France since before America was America, so it’s safe to say they know a thing or two about wine. On Monday, October 23rd, learn a thing or two as Bar Boulud’s sommelier David Bérubé teams up with Jean Trimbach himself for an educational evening featuring five courses paired with Trimbach’s stately, elegant wines. Chef de Cuisine Michael Denk and Pastry Chef Robert Differ have prepared a fabulous fall menu to compliment the featured wines, with offerings like scallop and pumpkin risotto with a 2010 Riesling and a whole roasted suckling pig with a Reserve Pinot Gris from 2013. Tickets for the event are $125, including all taxes and gratuity. Dinner begins at 7:00pm; get your tickets here.
