Trillium Teams Up with Blue Dragon

This month’s beer dinner at Blue Dragon is a doozy. On Monday, June 18th, come check out a six-course Ming Tsai menu paired with beer from their sort-of neighbors at Trillium Brewing Company. The fun starts at 7:00pm, when you’ll be served “New Style” halibut with Trillium Wild Ale, tempura-fried mackerel with Free Rise Saison, and a bunch of other delicious surprises. The beer itself will be selected for freshness right before the dinner, so you’ll be sure to get the best possible experience. Tickets for the event are $120 including gratuity.
