For the final wine dinner of the summer season at Forage, sommelier/owner Stan Hilbert has picked a light and lovely red from Punta Crena in Liguria. On Thursday, September 17th, you can get your formal introduction – in person or virtually – to the 2018 Rossese “Vigneto Isasco” by booking a table on the patio or placing an order for pick-up. You’ll get to enjoy the evening’s selection paired with either of two five-course menus (one for vegetarians and one for carnivores) from chef Eric Cooper. As is his custom, he’s created two versions to complement the notes of bittersweet red fruit, salinity, pepper and spice.
