Terra is bringing wine back to its roots on Tuesday, March 10th, as Beverage Director Gregg Guertin takes you back in history to an era before pesticides, when the only two ingredients in wine were grapes and time. Chef Dan Bazzinotti is going to keep things simple too, preparing a multi-course menu on Terra’s wood-fire grill utilizing ingredients meant to showcase the wild wines on offer. You’ll get an education on natural wines and the fantastic ingredients on your plate during this five-course feast; tickets are $95, available this way.
