Get ready to mix, shake and, presumably, sip plenty of tequila at The Lexington‘s upcoming Tequila Class with their friends at &Cheers. Chef-owner Will Gilson will be teaming up with the Boston-based mixology gurus, knows for their curated array of classes, tastings, cocktail kits and pop up bars, for the evening of tequila-fueled fun. They’ll be bringing the booze (and the mixers and all the tools you need) to create the perfect cocktail, while Gilson & Co. handle the eats (chips & guac, citrus jalapeno bacon croquettes and baja fish tacos with mango salsa). Tickets are $75 and include all the cocktail making necessities plus dinner — you don’t need to be a cocktail master to participate, just over the age of 21. The class starts at 6:00pm and you’ll learn some bartending basics, a little about tequila production and variations, and you’ll get to make and sip three full sized cocktails.
