It’s time to crown a new tapas champion. Get in on the tasty fun and cast your ballot at Tremont 647‘s Tapas Challenge, scheduled for Monday, January 16th. Starting at 6:00pm hopefuls Jason Heard of East Coast Grill and Matt Audette of Eastern Standard will take on host Andy Husbands over three courses of small plates. Each chef will create one dish for each course – the first course will focus on oysters; the second course must include chicken and the third course has to utilize sustainable seafood. Once you’ve tried all nine plates, you’ll get to vote for your favorite. The evening’s $29 price tag covers a glass of sangria and passed apps, dinner and dessert (Catalan bread pudding with salted caramel cream). Additional beverages, tax and gratuity are not included.
