Spring Fling Supper

Newton is in bloom with Sycamore’s next wine dinner. On Monday, April 3rd, chefs Dave Punch and Lydia Reichert are embracing the best of spring with a five-course prix fixe. Guests can expect seasonal ingredients like pea shoots, rabbit, lamb, mint, rhubarb and more on the menu (full info below) as part of dishes ready for pairing with Loire Valley wines. The Spring Fling dinner is available for $65 per person during dinner service (5:00-10:00pm) with optional wine pairings available for an additional $35.
