From Soup to Ducks with Paul Turano

Get a tutorial in cooking all manner of delicious things from chef Paul Turano when he heads to the Viking Center in Westwood. On Tuesday, April 12th the Tryst chef will spend the evening cooking four full courses – salad, soup, duck entrée and dessert – which students will then get to devour.
