Having emerged victorious at last month’s SomSmack, sommelier Chas Boynton of dante and Il Casale will be taking on L’Espalier‘s Kate Moore on Thursday, June 9th. Each wine guru will be tasked with coming up with a wine pairing for each course of a three-course menu created by chef Paul Turano of Tryst. Watch these two top professionals duke it out – you’ll get to pick the evening’s winner. Tickets cost $65 per person. The fun starts at 6:30pm at Gordon’s Fine Wine & Culinary Center so plan your route to Waltham accordingly.
