Chef Ming Tsai dedicates him sake-themed wine dinner to those in need in Japan. On Monday, April 4th Tsai and his second in command, Jonathan Taylor, will be preparing a five-course menu designed to complement TY KU sake and spirits. Proceeds from each $115 ticket (price includes tax and gratuity) will be donated to Japan’s earthquake and tsunami relief efforts. Dinner starts at 6:30pm in Blue Ginger‘s private dining room.
