Feeding yourself while feeding the hungry should be a no-brainer, and on Wednesday, February 20th, Select Oyster Bar is making charity even more delicious by inviting three of Boston’s best chefs to cook something up. This four-course American Wine dinner will feature a course each from Chefs Tiffani Faison, of Sweet Cheeks and Tiger Mama; Will Gilson, of Puritan & Co.; John DaSilva, of Chickadee and Select’s own Michael Serpa. Wines for the evening have been chosen from some of the country’s most progressive producers, available by the glass so you can pair at your leisure (or stick with an early favorite).
