Sel de la Terre’s New Chef Chef’s Whim

On Thursday, June 7th, newly appointed Chef de Cuisine Justin Urso hosts his first Chef’s Whim Dinner at Sel de la Terre Back Bay. The L’Espalier alum, steeped as he is in French cooking, will be preparing a five-course menu of Spanish fare. What gives? You’ll get to ask him yourself – Urso will take a break from cooking to talk a little bit about why he chose this theme and how it influenced his menu.
