Save up a big appetite for the next Apple Street Farm Supper Club Dinner at FRANK because it’s high season on the farm and there’s going to be quite a spread on Tuesday, August 8th. Chef Frank McClelland and the team have raided his family farm and sourced the local shore for the freshest summer produce and seafood for an epic Seaside BBQ at this month’s gathering of North Shore gourmands, and you won’t want to miss a bite. Take a look at the menu below to get primed for plates like Grilled Seafood Skewers with Romesco Sauce and lemon aioli; and Black Garlic BBQ Pork Shoulder with Local Zucchini and stone milled grits. The night kicks off with a casual reception with live music, drinks and apps at 6:00pm before sitting down in the dining room at communal tables, and all the goodies will be expertly paired with wines from FRANK’s extensive cellar.
