Reserve your seat to sip your way through three of the Santa Cruz vintages, paired with three courses. Dinner, which weighs in at $85 per person, boasts locally-sourced deliciousness like Georges Bank scallop with gnocchi, baby fennel, Coulommier cream and apple.
