A Progressive Dinner from the BCAE

On Tuesday, June 14th aspiring gourmands should jump at the chance to partake in a special dining/ learning opportunity courtesy of the BCAE. Donna Garlough, food editor of Boston magazine, will host Demystifying the Menu, a progressive dinner through three of the South End’s most fabulous restaurants. From 5:30 to 9:00pm, student diners will visit Coppa, Petit Robert Bistro and Gaslight for each course, as Garlough explains the menu, discusses exotic ingredients and dishes, and generally sheds light upon the whole fine dining experience. Tuition is $30 with a $30 materials fee – sign up via the BCAE website before all the slots are filled.
