Pork and Brews at Gaslight

If there’s a more satisfying culinary pairing, we don’t know it – make way for Gaslight on Tuesday, April 26th for a pork and beer dinner. Global Beer Network President Steven Villani will be the evening’s beverage guide, taking guests through a five beer journey around the world, one hop at a time. To pair with the evening’s brews, pig aficionado and chef Michael Zentner will serve a four course tasting menu courtesy of a Berkshire pig, hand-selected for the night’s festivities.
